Hyperlink Quick LInks that hold default settings.

I find when building sites that the hyperlink quick links to external pages are an important and essential feature, but get frustrated that every time I use a link, I need to retype the “Title” tag “Target”. Is there anyway that default values can be assigned to each new external link? After all in most cases once used the description is generally the same. You would of course still need an override ooption on occasions.
