This Action patches the version (and source) of Prototype.js and Scriptaculous to the very latest branch, making it more compatible with IE 9 and 10.
This also includes the same functionality as HTTPS CDN Helper, allowing you to use Protaculous-based Actions in a secure page.
Action developers, please note – this is a destructive Action, which converts the <head> tag to HTML. No further Actions which expect a tag tree to exist in the page head will work after this Action has run.
