Add this Action to your form page to get automatic Zip code-based City, State, and Country field autocompletion.
The lookup is hosted by https://github.com/daspecster/ziptastic and is currently US-only. You can check back at Github to see when they have added more countries.
There are no interface components to this Action. You apply it to the page containing your form, and you name your form fields appropriately. Your Zip code field must contain the word zip in its name, case-insensitive. Likewise for your state, city, and country fields. You don’t need all of these fields, but you do need a zip field.
The Action uses the Prototype.js library, which is why it’s here in the Scripty Actions.
