How does one record the state selected? I'm using easiform.

You would simply place the action like you would any other form element. I can't speak for easiform, but the selection should get passed on submission.

Thanks for your reply to request. I'm using Freeway 5.5 Pro. My only field that data doesn't get passed is this action. Here's the link to that page.
